We are located in Northern Virginia. Any order shipped within Virginia is subject to a 4% sales tax.
Will the colors on my printed custom designs be the same as the colors that I see on my monitor?
The colors you see on your monitor may vary in the colors of the final product. Although we cannot guarantee color output, we work closely with our printers to make sure that the colors are as exact of a match as possible.
How long do custom printed orders take?
Custom printed orders are specially designed and crafted for you. They take about one to two weeks to complete, depending on our current calendar and how quickly the proofs are approved. Please allow plenty of time for your order to be completed for your event. Feel free to send us the date of your event upon ordering to help ensure that you get your order on time.
I placed my order for custom party designs, when will I receive my proof?
Proofs are sent one to two business days after your order is received. Please include all necessary personalization information when submitting your order. Your proof is created based on the information provided. If information is missing, there could additional delays to getting order finalized. Your order includes two changes. If more changes are needed, a fee of $5.00 a change will be added to your order.
Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
Of course! Everyone loves a sale! We aren’t always able to give a lot of notice about upcoming sales, so be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter and follow us on Facebook to find out about monthly specials, short notice flash sales and other fun deals.
How can I see a copy of my invoice?
Your invoice is emailed to you with your order confirmation when you place an order. If you are receiving a mailed package, your invoice will also be included inside.
The item I wanted to purchase is out of stock. When will you be getting it back in?
We work very hard at Katarina’s Paperie to keep items in stock and available for purchase. We are constantly reordering current products and searching for new pretties to add to the shop. If you are interested in an item that is out of stock, check back to the shop often to see if the item has come in. If you need something for a specific date, feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.
I received my order and one of the items is missing or incorrect. What should I do?
Although we strive to get every order perfect, sometimes we occasionally make mistakes. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know immediately what items were missing from your order and what was received in its place. We will resend the correct items as soon as possible with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item. Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order.
